To Our Patients
ψ Please review the "Get Appointment" tab for information on in-person and virtual appointment options. We ask you to contact our office by phone for availability and scheduling. When we are accepting new patients, new patients may contact us by phone or your current provider may submit a consult. We take new patients age 20-65. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your first scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
*Office Hours: M/W/Th 8:00am-4:00pm; Tu 8:00am-1:00pm or by special appointment.* If your only availability is on Fridays or after hours, this office will not be a good fit for you. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
ψ Please help us serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointment. Reminders (via text and email) are provided as a courtesy only and should not be your only means of remembering. If you cannot keep your scheduled time, notify us as soon as possible so we may attempt to give your spot to another patient. The cancellation policy helps to minimize the time you must wait for physician availability. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

ψ If you would like to speak with Dr. Rickenbacker directly for brief consultation or regarding mutual patients, please contact the office. If you would like to refer your patient for care, they may call us directly. If you do wish to send a consult, please fax ONLY their demographic information, along with the issue or question you would like us to address. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MEDICAL RECORDS. Please also indicate if you would like us to contact your patient or if you will have the patient call us themselves.
