Professional Care
Dr. Rickenbacker is committed to providing well-rounded care for patients aged 20-65. Depending on your needs, she can manage your medications, offer second-opinion or collaborate with your existing provider, or develop a treatment plan that supplements traditional prescription medication.
These services can include cognitive, supportive, and insight-oriented therapy, augmentation with over-the-counter medications or information on complementary or herbal options. An intake with each patient identifies and incorporates the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of each patient into the plan of care.
Managed Care
We accept fee-for-service for all appointments for those patients who desire treatment outside the purview of managed care. We also are in-network for Aetna, BCBS, and Seton Health Plans. Please contact your insurance provider for full details of your individual mental health benefits, to include any applicable deductibles.
If you have insurance coverage through a carrier not listed above (United, Cigna, etc.), contact your carrier to learn about your "out-of-network" benefits. We are happy to assist you with completion of claim forms which you may then submit for "out-of-network" benefits.
